Billingham 500 SuperFlex Padded Base - Olive

The padding is noticeably thicker and more supportive than the old base it replaced—my gear feels much more secure inside the bag now. It’s a straightforward swap that took less than a minute, exactly as described.

I was pleasantly surprised how much stiffer and more supportive this base is compared to the thin foam pad I had been using; my camera gear no longer sinks into the bag's bottom. It slides in easily and makes the whole structure feel much more secure.

The padded base fits perfectly into my bag and keeps the bottom nice and firm, no more sagging when I set it down loaded. Having a spare on hand means I can swap it out quickly if the original gets wet or worn.
