Finally, a sturdy adapter that doesn't feel flimsy when I attach my external flash to the Sony/Minolta shoe. The flexible tongues lock it in place perfectly and it's been rock-solid during a full day of shooting.

The flexible tongues grip my flash foot perfectly, no slipping at all. I’ve mounted an old studio strobe on my Sony and the connection feels rock solid. Exactly what I needed for a clean, wobble-free setup.

That tiny wobble I was worried about with my flash? Totally gone once I clicked it into this adapter. The metal feels solid and the locking mechanism is reassuringly tight, no play at all.
