Sent my dog's photo and a short birthday message, and the print came out so crisp and clear. The mug itself feels really sturdy in the hand, not flimsy at all. Very happy with how personal and high-quality it turned out.

The 17oz size is perfect for my morning coffee, and the photo I uploaded looks just as vibrant after two weeks of daily dishwasher use. I've already ordered a second one for my sister's birthday.

The print came out crystal clear on this 17oz latte-style mug, and the ceramic feels thick and sturdy in my hand. I uploaded a family photo and it looks just like the preview they sent. Perfect gift that’s already survived a dishwasher cycle without a scratch.
