Picked this up for a travel lens where I didn’t want to swap glass constantly—the 24-240mm range covers everything from street scenes to distant details. The image stabilization is surprisingly effective for handheld shooting at 240mm, making this zoom perfect for travel when I don't want to carry multiple lenses. The variable aperture is a fair trade-off for having everything from wide to telephoto in one compact package.
