Used JJC LH-HN40P Lens Hood

The bayonet mount clicks on tight with zero wobble, which surprised me for a used piece. No more ghosting in my backlit shots, and it feels solid enough to shield the glass from a bump or two.

I was a bit worried buying used, but this hood looks practically new and fits my lens perfectly. It effectively cuts out side light, and the matte finish matches the Nikon body nicely.

Snaps on tight with zero wiggle, and the matte interior does exactly what it should—kills glare on bright backlit shots. For a used piece, there’s barely a scuff to mention, and it’s a solid third of the price of the Nikon original.
