PermaJet Neptune Natural Matt Canvas 400 Carta in Rotolo 44" - 12 Metri

The 400gsm weight gives these canvas rolls a sturdy, professional feel that really holds up during stretching. I’ve been using them for fine art prints, and the warm base brings a subtle richness to the colors. Wasted no time switching from cheaper alternatives after the first print.

I was a bit worried about cracking with a heavy acrylic wash, but this 400gsm roll handled multiple layers without any issue and the warm base really brings out skin tones in portraits.

The texture on this 400gsm canvas is what sold me—it’s got that genuine matt tooth without feeling brittle, and the roll handled a full 44-inch print without any curling at the edges. I’ve used cheaper canvases that crack when stretched, but this one stayed flexible through the whole process.
