Ellie A. ★★★★★

The bokeh from this lens is incredibly smooth, making portraits look like they were shot with a much pricier setup. I’ve been using it for product shots, and the T* coating really cuts down on flare. Build feels solid, like it’ll last for years.

Abigail ★★★★★

The focus ring has that perfect damped feel I was hoping for, making precise manual adjustments a joy. Already got a few product shots where the sharpness and creamy bokeh really made the subject pop.

Violet K. ★★★★★

The image quality from this Planar is incredible—the sharpness wide open surprised me, and the bokeh for portraits is buttery smooth. Manual focus takes a bit of getting used to, but the focus ring has a satisfying, damped feel. It's a fantastic lens for product shots if you can nail the focus.
