The transition is just right for seascapes where the horizon isn’t a sharp line – it softens the sky without making the rocks look fake. Mounted easily onto my SW150 holder, and the glass feels solid.

I’ve been using this 3-stop medium grad for my coastal landscapes, and the way it balances the sky without leaving a harsh line is exactly what I needed. The moderate transition lets me keep detail in the foreground while holding onto highlight tones.

Shot a few landscapes along a ridgeline where the sky was just a stop brighter than the foreground — the 0.9 medium grad evened it out beautifully without any harsh line. The 3-stop density is just right for most sunrise/sunset work.
