Opticron Marine-3 7x50 Monocular

Took this out on a foggy morning and the 7x50’s big exit pupil made everything pop even in dim light. The focus wheel is buttery smooth, and I could spot a buoy’s number from a hundred yards without any fiddling. Solid build, feels like it could take a knock on a boat deck.

The huge depth of focus really stands out; I can spot birds instantly without constant refocusing. The image is impressively bright even in that grey pre-dawn light. Only wish the eyecup twisted up a bit further for my glasses.

I’ve used it in low-light conditions and the large exit pupil really makes a difference—everything stays bright and sharp. The depth of focus is impressive; I barely need to adjust it when scanning from near to far. Solid build quality for the price.
