Viking 8x32 Peregrine MKII Binoculars

I picked these up primarily for travel, and the compact size is really convenient to pack without taking up much space. The focus wheel turns smoothly, making it easy to lock onto birds quickly.

The 8x magnification is just right for spotting birds in the treetops, and the 32mm lenses gather enough light even during overcast mornings. I've been using them on daily walks and they're light enough to carry around my neck without getting sore.

Picked these up mainly for hiking trips, and the 8x32 size slips into a jacket pocket without weighing me down. The focus wheel is smooth enough to track a moving bird, though I did have to fiddle with the diopter at first.
