I needed a way to keep my camera bag from collapsing when empty, and this padded base does exactly that—the foam and wooden plinth make it rigid without adding much weight. The 13½" x 6" size fits perfectly.

Stella A. ★★★★★ Oct 21, 2026

The wooden plinth underneath the foam padding gives this base a reassuring rigidity that I didn’t expect, and my gear finally sits flat instead of sagging. It slots into the bag perfectly and adds a solid layer of protection without adding noticeable bulk.

Grace P. ★★★★★ Oct 20, 2026

Finally, a bag base that actually keeps its shape instead of sagging. The padded foam and wooden plinth combo makes packing gear feel much more secure.
