SmallRig 4336 Cage Kit for Sony A6700

Transform your Sony A6700 into a fully equipped production rig with the SmallRig 4336 Cage Kit, a precision-engineered aluminium cage system designed for filmmakers, content creators and hybrid shooters who demand maximum flexibility, protection and accessory support.

Built specifically for the Sony Alpha 6700, this cage kit enhances stability, improves handling comfort, and unlocks a wide range of professional mounting options for video production, live streaming and content creation.

Secure, Precision Fit with Dual Locking Protection

The cage attaches securely using a 1/4”-20 bottom screw and a secondary M2.5 side locking screw, ensuring a stable and twist-resistant fit during handheld shooting or rig use.

Built-in protective cushions prevent scratches on your camera body, keeping your Sony A6700 safe while maintaining a firm and secure hold.

A thoughtfully designed hinge arm around the battery door follows the natural curve of the camera body, improving comfort while also providing extra space for your little finger—ideal for extended handheld shooting sessions.

Professional Cable Management for Reliable Recording

Included with the kit is a quick-release HDMI cable clamp, mounted via a knurled screw on the left side of the cage. This protects your HDMI port from strain or accidental disconnection while ensuring stable signal transmission for external monitors and recorders.

This makes the cage ideal for professional video workflows where reliability is essential.

Fully Modular Rig Expansion System

The SmallRig 4336 is built for creators who need complete control over their rig. It features a wide range of mounting options including:

• Multiple 1/4”-20 threaded holes
• ARRI 3/8”-16 locating points
• Integrated cold shoe mounts for microphones and LED lights
• A NATO rail for attaching rotating handles (SmallRig 3260 compatible)
• A bottom QD socket for quick-release shoulder strap systems

This allows you to configure your setup for anything from lightweight vlogging to full cinematic production.

Gimbal-Ready Arca-Swiss Baseplate
