Fujinon 15x80 MT-SX Binoculars

After months of trying to spot Jupiter’s moons with lesser glass, these finally delivered a crisp, steady image even in my backyard’s light pollution. The 15x magnification is a beast, but the weight is honestly manageable for short sessions.

The first time I used these on the deck of a swaying boat, I was shocked at how steady the image stayed—the built-in stabilization really works. Jupiter’s moons were crisp and distinct against the dark sky, even with the 15x zoom.

The 15x80's light-gathering ability is incredible for astronomical viewing; I can clearly resolve Jupiter's bands even from my light-polluted backyard. The oversized objective lenses make a noticeable difference over smaller binoculars I've used before.
