The bayonet mount clicks on with a satisfying snap, and it’s cut down the glare on my 90mm shots noticeably. Fits the lens like it was made for it, which it was.

I was worried my macro shots might get washed out, but this hood blocks side light just like it should. The bayonet mount is quick to lock in place and feels secure even when I'm leaning close for flower photos.

It clicks on with a satisfying snap and holds rock-solid, so I never worry about it popping off in my bag. The bayonet mount is snug enough that it feels like part of the lens, and it definitely cuts down glare on sunny outdoor shots. Exactly what the 90 macro needed.
