I’ve been using this hood with my X100F for a few weeks now, and it’s noticeably cut down on lens flare in sunny shots. The matte finish looks great and doesn’t add much bulk to the camera.

The bayonet mount clicks into place with that satisfying solid thunk, and it’s noticeably lighter than the third-party hood I tried before. For a used piece, the finish is flawless and it fits the X100’s lens ring perfectly—flare is completely gone in my backlit street shots.
