Used Nikon Z 40mm F2 Lens

The f/2 aperture on this used lens throws backgrounds out of focus beautifully, and sharpness wide open is impressive for the size. It’s become my go-to for casual portraits and street shots.

I was pleasantly surprised by how light it is on my camera — barely notice it's there. The f/2 aperture makes portraits pop with a creamy, natural blur that my old lens couldn't touch. For the price of a used copy, this feels like a steal.

Even though it's used, the glass is pristine — the f/2 aperture gives such a creamy background blur, and it's so compact I can slip this into a small bag without thinking. Really glad I went for this over a bigger lens.
